Yunomi - Tea Cup. Local native clay from The Dingle Peninsula Ireland.

Thrown on a kick wheel. This cup was made from Feothanach glacial lake clay and 5% quartz sand from Kilmurry Sandstone.
I dug this local clay and sand myself, from the ground here on the Dingle Peninsula.
The glaze surface has a smooth stone like finish. I make this stoneware glaze myself in my studio.
Electric kiln fired to 1280° Celsius.
Suitable for tea, or any other liquid use.
Food safe microwave and dishwasher safe.
